House:
This (group) accommodation consists of two adjacent vacation homes. A luxury vacation home for up to four people, it is single-story with a double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a bedroom with two single beds on the first floor, accessible via the attic stairs. The second house is a comfortable, cozy 10-person vacation home with 3 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), 2 of which (family room) are equipped with a traditional cupboard bed for 2. Both houses are fully equipped with the necessary amenities and have underfloor heating. Each vacation home has its own terrace. In the garden, there is a log cabin with a sauna and jacuzzi, with the option of adding the nostalgically decorated “hunter's cabin” if lunch/dinner is to be served by a (local) caterer. The accommodation is ideal for family outings, gatherings of friends, team building, company outings, retreats, peer reviews, etc. Nature and surroundings Both houses have an unobstructed view of the large garden with its own pond where you can swim, fish, and skate (at your own risk). There is a small beach where you can relax and unwind. There are also various spots in the garden where you can relax. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves on the lawn next to or behind the pond. De Maasduinen and Maasheggen National Parks are unique and ideal for cyclists and walkers. It is also very nice to take a trip through neighboring Germany. Canoeing on the idyllic Niers is an adventure in itself. The hosts are ambassadors for the De Maasduinen and Maasheggen UNESCO National Park and can tell you all about it and take you to beautiful places in nature. Going out with a hunter and a game tasting are among the possibilities. Noisy people (partygoers + music boxes) are not welcome here. Due to the peace and quiet, this property is not rented to groups of young people who intend to party. Electric Vehicle Charging: Increased to EURO0.40 per kWh Note: Guests can request a late checkout until 3:00 PM on Sundays. An additional charge of EUR 135 applies.
