These waterfront villas for six people were sustainably built and feature solar panels and an air-to-water heat pump. The garden is spacious with a dock on the water. The garden, as well as the ground-floor bedroom and bathroom, are wheelchair accessible. Doorways have been widened to make this type of house suitable for people with disabilities. On the ground floor, there is a living room overlooking the garden, an open-plan kitchen with Siemens appliances, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor has a second and third bedroom, a second bathroom, and another separate toilet. There is also built-in storage space on the first floor. The accessible villa is equipped with additional aids, such as grab bars in the toilet and shower on the ground floor. The bedroom has a high-low bed. The kitchen has been adapted for optimal wheelchair use. This wellness-oriented villa comes with an additional comfort package (sauna, solarium, jacuzzi, and kamado grill). The sauna and sun shower are located upstairs. The jacuzzi and kamado BBQ are outside. Two parking spaces are available at the house.
