Welcome to Switzerland! We offer a beautiful, comfortable two-room holiday apartment, ideal for two adults and one child. The apartment is superbly furnished. It includes digital TV, radio, a new leather sofa set, a ceramic cooktop (integrated into the kitchenette), a freezer compartment, a contact grill for meat and sandwiches, an extra bed (pull-out sofa bed), a large shower, a toilet, and more. A large garden, a terrace with garden furniture, a large 13 x 6 m swimming pool (shared use), and a private parking space are also available. The apartment is situated in a very quiet location overlooking Lake Lugano and Morcode, approximately 200 meters (as the crow flies) from the lake. Dogs are welcome (upon request). Smoking is not permitted indoors. With us, you only pay for the apartment upon arrival! Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price! We look forward to your visit!
