Welcome to this super charming courtyard cottage in central Simrishamn, located in the highly popular Österlen area in southeastern Skåne. Here you will stay comfortably while being close to many of Österlen’s attractions, markets, orchards, art exhibitions and much more. The area is also well known among anglers, and sea fishing is free with rod and hook.

The cottage offers modern facilities while preserving its old charm. Upstairs you will find all sleeping areas, including a bedroom with a full-size double bed separated by a curtain, as well as a single bed in the hallway.

On the ground floor there is a practical kitchenette with a stove with three hotplates, oven and refrigerator. The kitchenette is openly connected to the dining area and hallway, where the microwave and freezer are also located. A separate toilet is situated next to the hallway.

The bathroom is located in a separate building directly next to the cottage and includes a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Adjacent to the hallway is the living room with a sofa area in front of the TV and a wood-burning stove. Free Wi-Fi is available in the cottage.
