A very attractive holiday home with a beautiful location and a very high level of equipment and privacy. There is a hot tub both inside and on the terrace. There is sea views, internet and free electricity. The house is located in the quiet and cozy Långasand 30 km north of Halmstad and 15 km south of Falkenberg. There are 2 terraces. One with an outdoor spa, lounge area and sun loungers. The second terrace is at the back of the house. There is also a conservatory with furniture. Modern open plan kitchen with dining room, living area and TV corner. There is a fireplace that you can light up both inside and outside. The TV corner has a 55-inch Apple TV, but you must use your own subscription. Master bedroom with a double bed and a large sliding door and great views and a private fireplace. There are another 2 bedrooms (one has to walk through one to get to the other). One has a 140 cm wide bed and the other a 160 cm wide bed. The latter has a large ensuite bathroom with sea views. There is also a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room and an additional bathroom next to the master bedroom of the house. The lawn is looked after by a robotic lawnmower. There are 3 parking spaces on the plot. A stream runs 10 meters behind the house. The house is very private. There is a laundry room in the basement. There are 4 bikes available (provided that they have not been damaged by previous guests) and they stand on the back terrace. Cleaning must be done by the guest himself. However, it is possible to purchase a cleaning service for SEK 1500, which is payed directly on site. There is an emergency shop at the campsite in Ugglarp near the house, otherwise you can go to Slöinge or Falkenberg. The nearest beach is Långasand's beautiful, long beach, approx. 700 meters from the house. Don't wait too long to book as the weeks quickly get booked in this very popular house.
