Lovely holiday home with large terraces in one of the beautiful small towns of Falkenberg's most popular areas, Ringsegård beach. Only 5 min walking distance to sandy beach. In a family friendly area with a playground. Bicycles are available here (provided that the previous tenants have left the bikes in good condition), barbecue, a playhouse, swings and beach toys. You can borrow a child seat free of charge if you need it. NOTE: The holiday home is only rented out to people over the age of 25. A maximum of 4 guests, no extra beds. Mandatory final cleaning costs SEK 1,350. The owner of the holiday home is allergic to fur animals, and this naturally means that guests with pets must choose another house. On the other hand, this means that this house is well suited for others with fur allergies.
