Welcome to a lovely holiday home only 5 meters from the lake in Dalvik!  

Rowing boat is included, and a boat engine can be rented for SEK 800 for 1 week (incl. 1 tank). Free electricity.

The house is situated in a small bay by the lake Frisjön. Views of the lake and terrace and lovely outdoor areas!

The holiday home has an open floor plan and from i.e. living room and dining area there are lake views. Well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Hall with entrance to toilet and shower. There is also a washing machine.

The holiday home has two bedrooms. One room has a double bed (180x200 cm), and the other has a bunk bed for two persons. In the living room there is a sofa bed (140x200 cm) for 1 or 2 people.

The water by the holiday home comes from a private well, and the taste may not be quite like the industrial water you are used to, but the water is perfectly fine.

There are both charcoal and gas grill. If the owner provides gas for the grill, there is a charge of SEK 300. Rental of boat engine and gas bottle is paid on site directly to the owner.
