This villa is surrounded by forest in Tordera, a perfect vacation place for 6 people to live peacefully in its 3 bedrooms. The villa features a private swimming pool for relaxing and chilling. Also, you can enjoy the scenic views from the balcony while sipping your favourite hot cuppa. This city is well-known for celebrating different festivities like 'The Strawberry Festival' which honours the delicious strawberries cultivated in the area. You can also enjoy numerous activities like golfing, walking, water sports or just relax on the sandy beaches 10.3 km away. Relish the local delicacies and drinks from the restaurants, a few minutes walk away. Air-conditioning will keep you cool indoors. Prepare a nice barbecue meal and enjoy it in the furnished garden with your pals. The parking facility is also provided for your convenience. Girona Airport is 50 km away.

General:
This is a very beautiful, well thought out and organised house. The generous owners have created a house that is very easy and comfortable to live in. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved every moment of being there, it was hard to leave. We loved having breakfast each morning in the enclosed patio watching the many birds come and go. Even though there are houses nearby this property has a lot of privacy. It is a long way to the nearest village, and the road going up and down the mountain is tight, often with traffic on weekends and holidays but it was easy to use Mercadona online food delivery and get shopping delivered to the front door. A fantastic service! Sant Pol de Mar is a historic village at the bottom of the mountain with a beautiful beach and some great restaurants. I can highly recommend this house.

General:
Het vakantiehuis is prachtig en sfeervol ingericht met een heerlijk zwembad en veranda met barbecue. Helaas waren er ook voorzieningen die niet voldeden of aandacht nodig hebben. Er is geen WiFi in de woning. Bij een vakantie in 2023 met kinderen was de verwachting dat dit vanzelfsprekend aanwezig was. De verlichting in de tuinen en rondom het zwembad functioneerde niet. Hierdoor was het ‘s avonds niet mogelijk om te zwemmen of buiten te zitten nabij het zwembad. Er was een TV aanwezig. Alleen was de decoder van de schotel niet aanwezig en de antennes gaven geen zenders. Niet te gebruiken dus. De boiler is qua capaciteit aan de zeer krappe kant. Met 5 personen is het echt plannen wanneer je warm kunt douchen. In één badkamer is douchen niet mogelijk vanwege de schuine kant. Met betrekking tot de TV en de verlichting van het zwembad hebben we rechtstreeks contact met de eigenaren gehad. Kort samengevat was het antwoord dat ze er nu ook niets aan kunnen doen. De beheerster ter plaatse gaf aan dat ze iemand langs zou sturen. Ook dit is niet gebeurd. Het belangrijkste aandachtspunt voor eventuele volgende huurders is de survival vanaf het dorpje naar het huis met de auto en dagelijks blaffende honden van buren en buurt gedurende de hele dag. Ontzettend stijle wegen omhoog en omlaag met haarspeldbochten zonder vangrails om bij het huis te komen. Je gaat hier niet ‘s avonds even gezellig uit eten of ‘s morgens even naar de bakker. Over de 7 kilometer van het dorpje naar het huis doe je minimaal 20 minuten. Kort samengevat is het een mooi huis met aandachtspunten en is nadere info over de omgeving en de route echt voor verbetering vatbaar om volgende huurders niet teleur te stellen.

Fantastisch huis op een prachtige locatie. Mooie tuin en groot zwembad. Hou er echter rekening mee dat het centrum op een kleine 15 à 20 minuten rijden met de auto langs een zeer bochtig bergpad ligt. Voor de rest niets dan goeds over dit vakantiehuis.

General:
Wij hebben een hele leuke week beleefd in Villa La Fresa. Een huis met alles erop en eraan! Prachtig uitzicht op de vallei en de zee. Alleen jammer dat er bij de beschrijving niet vermeld stond dat het op een berg was gelegen. 7 km tot aan de dichtstbijzijnde winkel rijden is op zich geen probleem, maar men moet er wel rekening mee houden dat dit telkens een rit is van 20 minuten door de bergen. Overdag is dit te doen, in het donker is het een andere zaak natuurlijk. Behalve de weg er naar toe: een echte aanrader !
