Historic Villa with Mountain Views, Mallorca

House:
Set deep in the Mallorcan countryside, this 260m² estate carries centuries of history within its walls, most strikingly an original olive press still standing in the main living room. Spread across a vast 16,000m² plot, it sleeps up to eight across four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom one featuring a bathtub, the rest fitted with showers plus a separate toilet for added convenience. One bedroom sits on the ground floor for easy access, while the remaining three occupy the floor above. A traditional kitchen and a grand, characterful living area anchor the interior, blending old-world charm with everyday comfort. The grounds are where this property really comes alive. Wide terraces open onto sweeping mountain views, framing a private pool that stretches 11 by 4.2 metres, big enough for proper laps or a leisurely float. A gas barbecue and table tennis set add to the outdoor appeal, making it easy to fill long afternoons without ever leaving the property. Central heating and air conditioning keep things comfortable whatever the season, while a safe, alarm system, and parking for three cars round out the practicalities. Tucked away and genuinely private, it still keeps you within reach of everyday life: Pollença's town centre is 5km away, shops 6km, and a golf course close by. The sandy and rocky beaches of Puerto Pollença sit around 12-13km out, with Palma Airport roughly 65km away. Satellite TV in Spanish, English, and German, along with Wi-Fi throughout, keep guests connected in this rare pocket of quiet Mallorcan heritage.
