There is a beautiful sandy beach called Praia do Ancao, is just in 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Villa and Rio Formoza Natural reserve is even less. Pine forests and dunes. The Beach fish restaurant \"Dos Passos\" (Two Steps) is on the beach.

Not far from the Villa - walking 10-15 minutes by the beach is the Luxury Hotel Quinta do Lago with 4 golf courses. One of the courses is called San Lorenzo. Quinta Shopping commercial center with boutiques and Quinta Gym are also in the area and can be reached by car.

There are a number of fine food restaurants in the area such as Sao Gabriel , Michelin *, Parilla Natural (meat grill ) etc.
