The holiday home was renovated in 2026. Spanning two floors, it is well-suited for families or groups of friends looking for a pleasant and comfortable getaway. The ground floor features an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a practical utility room with a freezer, as well as a separate kitchen and a living room, a perfect space for gathering for meals or relaxing after a day’s adventures. The living room includes a TV with Norwegian and German channels. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with sleeping space for a total of six people: two bedrooms have double beds, while the third contains a bed that can be extended into a double bed. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, as well as an electric vehicle (EV) charger.

The holiday home is located within walking distance of a marina, where you can rent a 25-foot Viksund boat equipped with a 72 HP engine, a fish finder, a chart plotter, and GPS, along with six rod holders.

Rossland, in the municipality of Alver, serves as an excellent base for exploring the stunning coastal landscape of Northern Hordaland—an open terrain of sea and islands, dotted with small, sheltered coves that offer great fishing spots. Here, you can unwind and experience Western Norway much as the locals do. From Rossland, you can easily take day trips to Bergen, a city brimming with sights, restaurants, and various attractions.
