For a fun family holiday, head to this lovely villa in Zeewolde. It has a spacious garden with a terrace and is 100 m from a fishing spot. The accommodation also features a communal swimming pool, located at the entrance to the park. This house is ideal for families in larger groups. You are 6 km from the centre of Zeewolde and a little further is the nice beach. At 5 km you can play golf and there is also a tennis court 100 m from the house. For a cosy evening out, you can eat out at the restaurants (1 km). Furthermore, you can visit the Oostvaardersplassen and a riding school is also nearby. A forest is nearby for a nice walk. The villa is large enough to accommodate 10 people and has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a recreation room. Outside in the garden, children can play on the trampoline, while adults relax on the terrace. Up to 5 spaces are available in the front garden near the house and there is a large car park in front of the park entrance, with a walking distance of 100 metres from the house. Parking is not allowed outside the areas mentioned above. By agreement with the owner, you can use the fireplace. Downstairs, all low sockets have child protection, making this house safer for kids. Furthermore, children's books and comics are available in the reading room where there is also a spacious desk for, among other things, crafts and colouring. There are DVDs and games for children and families. And with the trampoline in the garden, tennis court, boules and swimming pool on the park there is plenty of entertainment for the whole family. There is no air conditioning, but there is a heater, which can be controlled in the living room with the round button and we ask you to be careful with it. The downstairs bathroom with toilet is equipped for disabled use and there is also a bedroom downstairs. Freedom of movement in the common room downstairs is extremely wheelchair friendly. Please note that there is no ramp to support wheelchair access at the entrance. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the villa and any leftovers around the villa should be cleaned up yourself. Note: To enter the park you will need the following code on arrival, 8074. The key box where you enter your code is located on the pillar facing the house. Enter the code here and then click the key button to open the box. You can insert the front door key horizontally to open the door.
