Thanks to its unique location, this villa is the only house on Wulpdal with a garden with lots of privacy and wide views. The villa can accommodate twelve people and is therefore ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy a well-earned holiday in peace and quiet. Just looking for a nice place in beautiful surroundings for during your workout? Then you have come to the right place too. The house has a desk so you can create a nice (home) workstation. This holiday home is the perfect base for nature and water lovers. It is located 300 metres from De Oosterschelde national park where you can go for lovely walks and cycling tours. Enjoy the beach in summer, go diving or sailing in the area or take the ferry to Yerseke for fresh mussels and oysters. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a separate toilet, the spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The first floor has four bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, a cot, a desk, spacious bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. In front of the house there is private parking including charging facilities for an electric car
