Welcome to the dune area of Nieuwvliet-Bad, welcome to this spacious holiday home! Completely renovated and suitable for up to 6 people. The beach within walking distance and 2 terraces in the spacious garden… a place to enjoy the Zeeland sun every hour of the day. From the sliding glass door in the living room you step into the large, enclosed garden (350m2). A place where children can play outside safely and where you can catch the last rays of the evening sun yourself. Moments that stay with you! This holiday home is located a 5-minute walk from the beach and 3 kilometers from Cadzand. The living room has a sitting area, TV, built-in fireplace and dining area. The open kitchen has a combi-microwave and a dishwasher, and a washing machine is also available. In total there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed of 1.60m (ground floor), one with a double bed of 1.60m (upper floor) and one with a bunk bed (upper floor). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Parking is possible on site at this house. Nieuwvliet breathes the sea and you notice that when you step outside! The small, atmospheric village on the West Zeeland-Flemish coast has one of the widest and cleanest beaches in Zeeland. The shallow pools at low tide are ideal for a day at the beach with small children. But in addition to the beach, the 'hinterland' is also worth exploring.
