Charming holiday home with a covered terrace

House:
This charming home is located in the Stille Wille recreation park in the outskirts of Meijel in a quiet and green environment. This detached holiday home has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family. The area is ideal for long cycling and / or walking tours. De Groote Peel nature reserve is also in the vicinity. The center of Meijel with all amenities is only a 5-minute bike ride away. Cities such as Eindhoven, Venlo, Weert and Roermond are less than 25 minutes away by car. The Toverland amusement park is a must for children. The park has an illuminated tennis court and a nice playground. The house is energy neutral due to the use of solar panels. Inside the house you can enjoy breakfast in the large conservatory overlooking the green garden. And you can also eat and use the barbecue in the garden.

Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

    The description of the apartment includes a grill, but unfortunately it is unavailable. Writing with a chatbot has no effect. Access to the cottage should be easier. Outside photos are different from reality.

    Wij hadden last ,lees vocht, van de airco in de badkamer en woonkamer . Het is een prachtig huis, mooie tuin, waarin ineens een vriendelijke mevrouw liep om de planten water te geven. Volgens de mevrouw was het door de warmte dat de badkamervloer nat bleef. Helaas geen vaatwastablet te vinden, daardoor was denken we het bestek en servies niet schoon in de kast. En de doorzichtige vitrage vinden wij toch niet prettig in een slaapkamer, het is ook vroeg licht. Ook voor het badkamerraam en in de hal zit wel iets opgeplakt maar blijft doorzichtig aan de randen. Onze verblijf was daardoor redelijk te noemen.

    het is een ruim huis, op een park met huizen die grotendeels verhuurd worden aan oost europeanen, we hebben er geen hinder van gehad . het huis is ruim en constante temperatuur van 21 graden, wat fijn is met warm weer.... helaas geen vriezer of vriesvak, keuken is prima en materialen zoals pannen etc prima. ook was het huis erg schoon maar wel erg steriel ingericht, beetje crematorium stijl, met als hoogte punt een pilaar voor de vitrage met een soort van urn erop.... wat wel vervelend is dat de eigenaresse 1x per week langs komt om de tuin te doen, en buurman komt dan ook...weg privacy en rust, mevrouw is wel vriendelijk overigens. dus dit laatste maakt oordeel redelijk ipv goed

    We huren regelmatig huisjes. Dit huisje had een hoge kwaliteit en lag in een groen rustig bungalowpark. Toch enkele punten van kritiek: we hebben niet eerder zo veel zelf moeten uitzoeken. Als je weet waar het huisje ligt, is het makkelijk te vinden. Op de eerste dag hebben we eindeloos rondgereden voordat we het vonden. Er was geen plattegrond van het park meegestuurd. De bestelkantoren bleek een verborgen la te zijn onder de kookplaat. Als je dat systeem niet kent, zoek je je een slag in de rondte. We hebben in geen enkele la een handleiding van welk apparaat ook gevonden. Er was een tv en een soundbar. Er waren vier afstandsbedieningen. Na twee dagen konden we geen tv zender meer vinden, maar produceerde een afstandsbediening wel de toegang tot Netflix. Het hele huis is voorzien van vloerverwarming. Het weer was wisselvallig en de verwarming stond laag waardoor het met name ‘s avonds erg fris werd. Er waren geen radiatoren waar bijvoorbeeld de natte handdoeken aan gedroogd konden worden. Er was een open haard maar geen hout. Alle ramen zijn voorzien van inbetweens waardoor wij ons op de slaapkamer behoorlijk bekeken voelden.

    Prima huisje, alleen ontbreken overgordijnen in de slaapkamer, kapstok beneden cq haakjes en theedoeken ook een gewoon koffiezetapparaat zouden wij op prijs stellen.

    Huis was leuk. Wat de beoordeling minder maakt is dat het park gebruikt werd voor de huisvesting van veel seizoensarbeiders, bulgaren en roemenen. Op zich rustig maar geeft toch een raar gevoel als je veel geld betaalt voor een paasweekend en je komt niet in een 5 sterren omgeving terecht.
