Our "Menorca House" - a dream in white! Welcome to our "Menorca House" in Breskens, located in the Schoneveld Park. Enjoy your holiday in a non-smoking house. Built in spring 2019, our "Menorca House" offers all modern amenities and is situated in a dream location in Breskens, within the Schoneveld Park. The modernly furnished house, flooded with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, is an oasis for relaxation, enjoyment, and well-being for guests of all ages. On hot days, our chalet won't overheat, as it can be comfortably cooled by the built-in air conditioning in the living/dining area. The outdoor area features a large sun terrace and lawns for playing, running around, and sunbathing. You can store your bicycles and other equipment in the garden shed. Your four-legged friend is also very welcome. They will love the park and the sea, which is only 250 meters away. The grounds of our chalet are fully fenced. The holiday home offers two bedrooms (one with a TV). One bedroom has a double bed with two mattresses (mattress size: 80 cm x 200 cm). The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (mattress size: 80 cm x 200 cm). Please bring your own bed linen. The bed linen should be the same size in both bedrooms: the pillowcase should be 80 x 80 cm, and the duvet cover and fitted sheet should be 135 x 200 cm. Please also bring towels, tea towels, and your enthusiasm for a holiday, the North Sea air, the sound of the sea, and relaxation. ... The chalet features a beautiful open-plan living/dining area with an electric fireplace and air conditioning, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, Senseo machine, etc.), a storage room, a garden shed with a washer/dryer, a large sun terrace, and much more – ideal for a family with two children, but also suitable for four adults. Our holiday home is located very close to the sea, and the property has its own parking space. Access to the park is via a barrier that opens automatically via license plate recognition. A deposit of 25% of the total price is due within one week of booking. The remaining balance is due six weeks before arrival. Please note that we are constantly striving to improve our chalet. Therefore, the furnishings and decor may differ from the photos shown.
