It is modern and comfortably furnished and offers approximately 85 square meters of living space, including a large living/dining room with an integrated kitchen. Also on the ground floor are the bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be pushed together.
