Situated in an organic farm, this splendid farmhouse in Sorano has 1 bedroom and accommodates 4 guests. It is ideal for a family to relax with a shared swimming pool, terrace, and barbecue._x000D_ _x000D_ Here you can admire the Etruscan necropolis of 2 centuries BC and also visit the wine cellar in one of these tombs. The Lake Bolsena at 30 km is great for a swim. Explore the nearby forest at 500 m. You can buy home-produced olive oil and wine here. The supermarket is at 9 km and the restaurants are at 4 km._x000D_ _x000D_ Enjoy a pleasant stay in this home. Evenings can be spent indoors watching TV in the living room. You can enjoy a deep sleep on the soft double bed. The terrace provides a wonderful outdoor experience and also a delicious barbecue. You can bring 1 pet with you free of charge. _x000D_ _x000D_ Public transport is at 4 km.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 80,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

We hadden een prettige ervaring in deze boerderij, Het was schoon en ruim genoeg voor ons gezin van vier, De woonkamer was gezellig en we waardeerden de goed uitgeruste keuken, Qua locatie vonden we het gemakkelijk om naar nabijgelegen restaurants en attracties te rijden, Al met al een solide keuze voor een gezinsuitje!

Belvilla by OYO Piano tilbød et flott avbrekk fra mas og kjas, Eiendommen var ren og komfortabel, med et fint hageområde for hunden vår å løpe rundt, Vertskapet var veldig imøtekommende, noe som la til den generelle sjarmen, Selv om vi ikke tilbrakte mye tid på å utforske de nærliggende attraksjonene, gjorde freden og roen på landsbygda oppholdet vårt hyggelig, Ville absolutt vurdere å komme tilbake!

Peaceful, beautiful, clean, central location (among many different places to go to): it was simply relaxing and exactly what my partner and I were looking for. The owner brought fresh vegetables from her own garden which were really tasty. Not a single complaint from us! Must visit

The stay was chill, We had such a good time chilling by the pool and grilling outside, The owners were really friendly and helpful, too, Only downside was that we could hear some noise from the nearby road, but it didn’t ruin our vibe, Overall, worth it for the price!

The property is situated in a stunning rural area with lovely sights all around, We spent two weeks working online (be sure to inform the owner before booking as the internet is excellent in one of the houses), Patrizia went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and was an incredibly wonderful and kind host, We would love to return anytime

Unser Aufenthalt in Belvilla by OYO Piano war absolut bezaubernd! Die Ferienwohnung, eingebettet in die wunderschöne Landschaft, bot uns den perfekten Rückzugsort, Der Gemeinschaftspool war ein Hit bei den Kindern, und wir genossen viele Abende mit Grillen auf der Terrasse, Das lokale Olivenöl, das wir gekauft haben, war ein schöner Zusatz, und die Erkundung der nahegelegenen etruskischen Nekropole verlieh unserer Reise etwas Geschichte, Sehr empfehlenswerter Ort zum Entspannen!

En härlig vistelse överlag! Egendomen är charmig, och vi njöt av lugnet i den ekologiska gårdsmiljön, Terrassen var perfekt för frukost och barnen hade roligt i trädgården, Värdarna var vänliga och tillmötesgående, Missa inte de lokala matställena

We hebben genoten van zwembad, leuke dorpjes in de buurt, heerlijke eten en natuurlijk de zon! WiFi was helaas paar dagen uit de lucht, door algemene storing in de regio. En we misten een paar relax stoelen in het huisje. Eigenaars zijn super attent en vriendelijk!

Eenvoudig vakantiehuis, maar het voldoet prima. Prima contacten, wanneer nodig, met Patricia en Bruno. Tijdens ons verblijf begin augustus 2015 was het erg heet in Toscane. Het gebied wordt gekenmerkt door de overblijfselen van de Etruskische beschaving. Het historisch centrum van Sorano is zeer de moeite waard, evenals Sovana en Montemerano. Ook de waterval van Saturnia is heel bijzonder, het heilzame water heeft een constante temperatuur van 37 graden.

The farmhouse is set in a stunning organic farm, which made it feel like a serene retreat, We particularly enjoyed the evenings on the terrace with a barbecue, surrounded by nature, The kids loved the shared swimming pool, and we appreciated the proximity to local attractions like the Etruscan necropolis, Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful getaway!

Wir hatten eine angenehme Erfahrung in dieser Ferienwohnung, Sie war groß genug für unsere Familie mit vier Personen, mit einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, Die Lage war ziemlich praktisch, mit einem Supermarkt und netten Essensmöglichkeiten nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt, Wir haben auch den nahegelegenen Wald für schöne Morgenwanderungen genutzt, Insgesamt eine solide Wahl für einen entspannten Urlaub

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in Belvilla wirklich geliebt, Die Ferienwohnung war gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, Das BBQ auf der Terrasse war einfach großartig für unsere Abendessen, Außerdem war die Lage in der Nähe der etruskischen Nekropole super cool! Wir haben sogar im Lago Bolsena geschwommen, was nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt war

Dieser Ort ist eine ganze Stimmung! Die Ferienwohnung ist super gemütlich und der Pool ist perfekt für entspannte Tage, Einfach auf der Terrasse mit etwas BBQ und guter Stimmung relaxen, Außerdem ist der nahegelegene Weinkeller ein Muss! Die etruskische Nekropole ist auch ein cooler Ort, Kein Scherz, es ist ein großartiger Rückzugsort

Piancasale is rustig gelegen en een prima basis om de omgeving te verkennen. De eigenaren zijn zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De appartementen zijn netjes onderhouden en het terein ligt er keurig bij. Zeker de moeite waard om heen te gaan. Wel is goed om te weten dat het gebied niet op toerisme is ingesteld, maar als je gaat voor rust en de cultuur zit je hier zeker goed.

Anwesen in wunderschöner Lage; Nähe zu den etruskischen Städten und Stätten perfekt; Verwalter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und oft anzutreffen; Pool samt Ausstattung (Liegen, Sonnenschirme, ...) gemessen an der geringen Zahl der Apartments überdimensioniert. Ausstattung der Wohnungen recht einfach, aber ausreichend. Reinigung etwas oberflächlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastische ligging van het appartement. Erg vriendelijke eigenaren. Deden er echt alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken. Dat is hen ook goed gelukt. Een bezoek aan de plaatsen Pitigliano en Sorano zijn een must. Bijzonder is ook dat een kunstenares een atelier in het gebouw heeft.
