This beautiful holiday home overlooks the countryside in the Sabina Shire, just 60 km north of Rome. This house is surrounded by greenery in a very quiet area and offers 4 cozy apartments in country style. Apartment Martino has a private outdoor area with garden furniture, ideal for outdoor dining. You will enjoy the panoramic view over olive groves and the countryside of Selci in the Sabina hills. Guests share a large garden and a fantastic pergola to relax and have meals adjacent to the barbecue. Privacy is guaranteed, the property is completely fenced-in. At the swimming pool in the lower area of the estate and in the midst of nature and olive trees with beautiful panoramic views. The saltwater pools offer numerous benefits, including reduced skin and eye irritation, making them ideal for sensitive individuals. They lack the strong odors associated with chlorine and require fewer chemicals, positively impacting the environment. Additionally, saltwater promotes smoother skin, enhances water quality, and contributes to overall mental well-being through soothing sensory experiences. The property is near Selci in the heart of the beautiful Sabina, famous for its production of olive oil. It is still authentic and untouched by mass tourism. The Belvedere restaurant in Forano 3 km away, you can enjoy delicious regional cuisine. The restaurant and holiday house has the same owner. The restaurant also has free wifi. This is the best place for a relaxing holiday in the countryside in a very quiet area and for visiting beautiful and interesting nearby places. Within a radius of less than 100 km you can discover The Eternal City of Rome, the Roman sea and its beaches, the ancient Abbey of Farfa, the highlight of the area, with its Museum and a magnificent library, which contains more than 60.000 volumes and original manuscripts, including one of the first books ever printed, or visit the biggest olive tree in Europe more than 2000 years old in Canneto, or you can drive to Marmore to admire the “Cascate delle Marmore”, the highest waterfalls in Europe. Not very far, in the Tuscia district, discover Etruscan necropolis, tombs, Roman amphitheatres and many places of interest, such as Civita Castellana, Tuscania and Viterbo. This territory from where the ancient Romans took their brides in the legendary: ”Rape of the Sabine women”, is still authentic and untouched by mass tourism. At the swimming pool 12 x 6 m (depth 1,40m with Roman scale) in the lower area of the estate and in the midst of nature and olive trees with beautiful panoramic views, there are sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower at disposal for all guests.
