Ferienwohnung in einer ehemaligen Poststation aus dem 15. Jahrhundert an der Küste Latiums, bei Santa Marinella, 50 km von Rom entfernt. Die Poststation wurde zu einer einladenden Sommerresidenz umgebaut und hat einen 400 m2 großen Außenbereich, der allen Gästen gemeinschaftlich zur Verfügung steht und mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist. Von den kleinen Fenstern des Wohnzimmers sieht man da Meer und den kleinen touristischen Hafen. Die Strände und Badeanstalten sind schnell zu erreichen und sind ca. 600 m entfernt. Die Lage ist günstig um die schönen Ortschaften der Küste Latiums, die schöne Maremma zu besuchen oder die interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Orte etruskischen Ursprungs zu besichtigen. Entfernungen: ca. 1 km Geschäfte aller Art, Restaurants und Zugverbindungen nach Rom (in ca. 60 Min erreichbar), 10 km Civitavecchia (Fähren nach Korsika und Sardinien), 50 km Rom, 55 km Flughafen Fiumicino. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock, mit Aufzug.

Fantastic place and very friendly athmosphere, lovely appartment with everything we needed - just dishwasher missing.Still...Check in and contact with the property responsible was challenging as he could not speak one word english and I do not speak Italian. We managed through google/whataspp tarnslate but still not satifying.Also.We ahd some incidentas with power outage and also the water cut a couple off timesApart from that - a very nice stay!
