An old fisherman's cottage by the sea, dating back to the early 1960s, has been transformed into a charming beachfront house with private access to Procchio beach. Overlooking the gulf, the house boasts a well-maintained garden and exclusive outdoor spaces where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the sea. The house is just steps away from the charming village of Procchio with its lovely boutiques, bars, and excellent restaurants. A shaded terrace is available for al fresco dining, along with an outdoor lounge area furnished with ample seating and comfortable cushions. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, and chill out. Upon entering the villa, you'll find a spacious living room with a dining area and sitting area, as well as a separate, fully equipped kitchen (with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer). On the same level, there is a beautiful double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, as well as French doors leading to the sea-view terrace. On the lower level, there are... There is a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet; a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double); and a small bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom. Halfway up the connecting staircase between the two levels is a small bathroom without a shower. All ground-floor rooms have access to the garden with sea views. On the ground floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. A private path leads directly to the beach. An outdoor shower with hot water is also available. The house is tastefully furnished, yet retains the understated elegance of historic seaside homes. Private outdoor parking is available on the property. Wi-Fi and external video surveillance are provided. The entrance gate has a remote control. Satellite TV and air conditioning are available in all bedrooms and living areas. Upon request, we can also arrange airport transfers with private limousines, daily cleaning, a private chef, and a concierge service for restaurant reservations, excursions, and sightseeing.
