Beautifully located in a residential village recently built (year 2008), in the Tuscan countryside near Florence, just 11 km from San Gimignano, 25 km from Volterra and an hour's drive from Pisa, Siena, Florence, immersed in pristine oak forests of Gambassi Terme, the apartment combines traditional architecture with the convenience of a Tuscan farmhouse furnished to a modern design. The apartment of 50 square meters can accommodate up to 4 persons and consists of two rooms on the first and second floor of a towering building ("The Torrino"), which is accessed by a private garden (shared with the adjacent property) of about 40 sqm, facing south, with a garden table with four chairs. The first floor comprises a living room - kitchen with sofa bed, kitchenette with ceramic hobs, refrigerator, sink, table and chairs, TV. A concrete staircase leads upstairs where there are the bedroom with double bed, two wardrobe with double doors, desk and the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The accommodation has central heating. Guests have access to the large pool, private parking, play area for children. In the nearby resort are available (fee): bike rental, tennis court, wellness center with spa pool, turkish bath, emotional journey, as well as bar and restaurant.
