Villa Eisenrose, Studio

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung sowie unser neues Studio befinden sich in einem charmanten Haus aus der Gründerzeit. Von hier erreichen Sie die Stralsunder Altstadt in ca. 5 min und den Strand in ca. 10 min zu Fuß.  Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Parkplatz steht auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Der Garten kann mitgenutzt werden. Für Fahrräder können ein Fahrradständer oder eine Fahrradgarage genutzt werden.

Die Hansestadt Stralsund liegt inmitten der Inselparadiese Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom und Fischland-Darß-Zingst, eingebettet in die malerische Landschaft der vorpommerschen Boddenküste.

Unsere ruhige, ca. 30 qm große, liebevoll und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, befindet sich im 2. OG einer Gründerzeit Villa imit Blick in den Garten. Sie besteht aus 1 Schlaf-/Wohnraum, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (u.a. Senseo-Kapselkaffeemaschnie) und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC (Toilettenpapier und Seife in Erstausstattung vorhanden) .

Bei der Sanierung verwendeten wir Lehmputz und sie wird mit Strahlungswärme Heizkörpern beheizt.

Reason for choice:
Eine wunderbare und außergewöhnliche Wohnung, top eingerichtet und gepflegt. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und absolut unkompliziert. Sowohl die Altstadt und die Hafeninsel sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Es war einfach toll in der Villa Eisenrose! Sehr nette Gastgeber, eine aussergewöhnliche Wohnung und eine perfekte Lage. Hat einfach alles gepasst, selbst der Preis ist sehr in Ordnung!
