Ferienwohnung Käfer, Ferienwohnung Nr. 1 mit 25qm, 1 Schlafraum, max. 2 Personen

Zwei neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen mit ca. 25 qm (für 2 - 4 Personen) in der Ortsmitte gelegen, ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Europa-Park. Ein separater Schlafraum, eine gemütlichen Wohnküche mit Küchenzeile und Bad. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchenzubehör und TV vorhanden. Eine Wohnung liegt nach vorne zum Hof, die andere zum Garten hin. Grillmöglichkeit und Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Vor Ort fällt eine Kurtaxe in Höhe von 1EUR pro Person pro Tag an. Kinder von 0-11 Jahren zahlen keine Kurtaxe.
Waschmaschine steht im Waschraum (Untergeschoss neben der Garage) und kann auf Anfrage benutzt werden.

Fewo, 25qm, mit 1 Schlafraum,TV im Schlafraum, 1 Wohnküche und Bad. Beide Fewos liegen nebeneinander vorne zum Hof. Eigener Eingang. Vor Ort fällt eine Kurtaxe in Höhe von 1EUR pro Person pro Tag an. Kinder von 0-11 Jahren zahlen keine Kurtaxe.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist praktisch alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt dort benötigt (z.B, Kaffeemaschine, Elektroherd, Mikrowelle, Fön, Radio, TV ....). Die Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Europapark entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Lediglich WLAN ist nicht besonders gut.

Sauberkeit sollte besser sein. Kühlschrank dreckig, Küchenplätteli dreckig, Duschbrause verkalkt, Möbel unter Lavabo Flecken. Internet funktioniert im Zimmer gar nicht. Bei der Eingangstüre und auf dem Parkplatz super Empfang. Der Internet Empfang Verbessern oder im Inserat dies so schreiben, das nur dort Empfang hätte.

Super nette Vermieterin. Sehr gute Lage zum Haupteingang des Europa Parks keine 5 Gehminuten. Bäcker, Apotheke und Pizzeria in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Parken im Innenhof möglich. Wir waren in Ferienwohnung 2 wichtig mit ganz kleinen Kindern es sind vier Stufen in den Schlafraum hinunter. Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas älter aber vollkommen ok.

Wir kennen die Vermieterin schon von früheren Besuchen. Alles ist immer sehr unkompliziert und die Lage ist sehr gut. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Unterkunft. Zudem hat es eine kleine Küche und einen Kühlschrank. Nur die Betten waren in dieser Wohnung etwas hart (eher dünne Matratze, Lattenrost aus Metallrohren).

Ich bin wahrlich kein pingeliger Mensch, aber selbst mir sind die Stellen aufgefallen, die nicht geputzt sind. Toilette, Dusche, Seifenspender und Schminkspiegel. Das hat mir nicht gefallen. Des weiteren find ich den TV ungünstig angebracht und echt winzig. Auch, daß man nicht mit EC-Karte zahlen kann finde ich lästig und rückständig. Am Vorabend der Abreise fand ich einen Zettel vor, daß ich doch bitte gleich bezahlen soll, da die Inhaberin am Tag darauf ein Privates Treffen hat und schon früh das Haus verlässt. Bei allem Respekt - das ist nicht mein Problem und hat mich genervt, da ich nicht mehr genügend Bargeld hatte und somit entweder gleich nochmal zur Bank gehen musste oder am nächsten Tag früh aufstehen. In meinem Fall wollte ich eh früh weg und hatte daher kein großes Problem, aber anmaßend und unflexibel fand ich es trotzdem. Ach ja, der quot;Spiegel quot; im Badezimmer war wirklich nicht mehr als ein einfaches,altes, rechteckiges und angeschlagenes Spiegeldings, das zu ersetzen dringend nötig gewesen wäre. Ebenso wie die Billig-Vorhangschiene in der Küche, die ständig runterfällt, wenn man das Fenster kippt :( . Im Großen und Ganzen wird zwar viel SchnickSchnack mit Deko-Kitsch betrieben, aber Instandsetzung und Gründlichkeit wäre mir lieber gewesen. Sonst war sie nett, wirkte aber auf mich nicht sehr professionell.

Waren zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend, mit 4 Personen währe es uns zu eng. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sollten wir den Europapark noch mal besuchen kommen wir gerne wieder. :-)
