Gemütliche, Neurenovierte im Mai 2018 Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, ca. 56 qm, für 3-6 Personen,ohne Verpflegung. 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohn-Schlafraum, eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche, Dusche und WC, Internetzugang über WLAN, TV,Terasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt am Haus . Ca. 12 Gehminuten zum Europa-Park.Vor Ort fällt eine Kurtaxe in Höhe von 1- EUR pro Person pro Tag an. Kinder von 0-11 Jahren zahlen keine Kurtaxe. Eine Kauktion in Höhe von 100- Euro wird bei der Ankunft fällig. Die Kaution wird bei Check-out vollständig zurück erstattet, wenn keine Schäden bei der abnahme der Unterkunft vorhanden sind.

Wohn- und Schlafzimmer: Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett 160x200 cm und 1 Etagenbett 90x200 cm, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa  140x200 cm.
Eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche mit kombiniertem Backofen/Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffee-Pad-Maschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Das Badezimmer ist ausgestattet mit Dusche und WC mit Föhn.
Internetzugang über WLAN, Smart TV
Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit
Handtücher und Bettwäsche stellen wir Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Vor Ort
Bitte überweisen Sie 3 Tage vor Ihrer Anreise eine Kurtaxe in Höhe von 1,50 Euro pro Person pro Tag. Kinder im Alter von 0-11 Jahren zahlen keine Kurtaxe. Außerdem wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 100 Euro fällig, die ebenfalls drei Tage vor der Anreise zu zahlen ist. Die Kaution wird beim Check-out vollständig erstattet, sofern keine Schäden bei der Abnahme der Unterkunft festgestellt werden.

Problemlose An- Abreise. Wirklich tolle Unterkunft und nette Nachbarn, die einem gerne weiterhelfen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Weil sie uns optisch und auch von der Lage her angesprochen hat. Unsere Freizeitziele (Rulantica und Europa Park) waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen!

Super logement, très propre. Appartement bien situé à 15 mn à pied dEuropapark et à quelques minutes en voiture de Rulantica. Jai apprécIé le fait que les lits soient déjà faits à larrivée et que le linge de toilette soit fournit. Paiement du solde et de la caution de 100 € à prévoir en liquide. La location avec le paiement des taxes donne droit à une journée de parking gratuit au parc. Lhôte ne parle pas français ni Anglais mais pas trop gênant. Pratique pour la remise des clés et la restitution de la caution il suffit de sonner au dessus et une personne descend de suite.
Improvements:
Il aurait été souhaitable de prévoir une version française dans le manuel de fonctionnement du logement. Dommage quaucune chaîne française à la télévision

Schöne, modern eingerichtete und saubere Ferienwohung mit Platz für die ganze Familie. Zum Europapark ist es allerdings ein gutes Stück zu laufen.
