Darin integriert ist der Essbereich mit Esstisch und Stühen sowie die komplett ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Herd- Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sowie Geschirrspüler und vielem mehr.

Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein Gäste-WC.
 
Die Fenster im Erdgeschoss sind mit Außenrollos versehen.

Standartmäßig gehört zum Haus:
eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Grillmöglichkeit, SAT-TV, Gas-Zentralheizung sowie 1 PKW-Stellplatz am Haus.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es lag in einer ruhigen Gegend und nicht weit zum Strand. Wir haben vor wieder zu kommen.
