Die Wohnungen liegen nur wenige Minuten vom Breitenauer See entfernt. Hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten: Sportler, Weinliebhaber, Kultur- und Kulinarikinteressierte.

Nach drei Jahren wird der Breitenauer See voraussichtlich ab Mai 2023 wieder für den Badebetrieb freigegeben. Eintritts- und Parktickets können ab der Badesaison 2023 ausschließlich nur noch online erworben werden.
