Relax in the spacious living/dining area with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, or treat yourself to a delicious dinner at the comfortable dining table in the fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. A guest WC is also located on this level. On your west-facing balcony, you can enjoy views of the dunes, listen to the sound of the sea, and savor enchanting sunsets on balmy evenings. Upstairs, you'll find your bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed, the bathroom with shower and WC, and a small workspace. Park your car directly in front of the house in your own private parking space. A small swimming pool and a shared utility room with a washing machine and dryer are available for all residents. Behind the dunes, you can relax on the beautiful Westerland beach. The town center with its numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes is just a few meters away. A vacation home that will impress you! To help you get into the vacation spirit right away, a welcoming retreat awaits you upon arrival: The beds will be freshly made, and you will receive two hand towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a tea towel per person. We charge a fee of EURO25 per person for this (excluding children under 3 years old). For your health and well-being: For hygienic reasons, linen packages are mandatory with your booking. We would also like to inform you: As in almost all German spa and resort towns, a visitor's tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will calculate this tax with your booking and forward it directly to the municipality – your guest cards will be waiting for you in your vacation home upon arrival.
