The holiday home's name refers to the fact that the property is a source of the village stream. Therefore, there is a well with a constant flow of water on the terrace. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room, a fireplace with a tiled stove, a kitchen with a compact oak dining set, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A glass door leads to the sunny terrace. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. From here, you can step out onto the balcony and (weather permitting) enjoy views of the Schrammsteine rock formations. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on this floor. Wood, sandstone, and attention to detail contribute to the house's unique charm.
