With two bedrooms and a spacious living area featuring an integrated kitchen and dining table, it offers the perfect vacation retreat for carefree days by the water. The Pier51 apartment is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house built directly on a jetty and surrounded by water. The light-filled rooms of the apartment span 83 m². The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa and armchairs and offers a beautiful view of the harbor. A well-equipped kitchen is integrated into the living/dining area. Relax on the large south-facing terrace overlooking the marina, complete with an authentic Baltic Sea beach chair, garden furniture, and two sun loungers. The apartment has two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm) and blackout curtains. The spacious spa-like bathroom with infrared sauna and mood lighting, a large whirlpool tub with integrated shower, toilet, and washbasin is the perfect place to start your day. A washing machine is also provided. Note for guests with limited mobility: The apartment is accessible via a step-free entrance. All doors (except the sauna door) are 80 cm wide. A bath/swivel seat is available in the bathroom if needed; it rests on the edge of the tub. The threshold of the patio door can be overcome with a ramp. A grab bar has been installed by the toilet. The apartment is wheelchair accessible but not fully equipped for people with disabilities. Parking is available directly in front of the building.
