Located just 900 metres from the Baltic Sea sand beach in the resort town of Olpenitz, Northern Germany, this large Skanlux holiday home is ideal for family holidays and group getaways. The highlight is the private pool area, featuring a 20 m² indoor pool equipped with a counter-current system, water slide, and underwater lighting. The wellness zone is complete with a 4–6 person whirlpool, a sauna, and a dedicated bathroom. An energy-efficient heat pump ensures a comfortable climate throughout the property.

At the heart of the home, the open-plan living and dining area includes a cosy wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, and an XL kitchen equipped with two ovens, two cookers, two dishwashers, two fridges, coffee machines, and a kitchen island with bar stools. For entertainment, the activity room features billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, a PlayStation 4, a large TV, and a bar area with its own fridge. Up to 20 guests are accommodated across 8 bedrooms—split into 3 separate sleeping wings with 4 bathrooms—plus an open loft above the activity room with 4 box mattress beds and a TV.

Outdoors, a large terrace with open and covered areas includes a barbecue and comfortable garden furniture, with a communal playground located nearby.
