Our "Chargund" holiday apartments are located on the outskirts of the renowned wine village of Herxheim am Berg on the German Wine Route, surrounded by vineyards and featuring a Mediterranean-style garden. This passive house with two apartments was built in 2005 according to the latest environmental technology standards. It is equipped with a controlled ventilation system that ensures complete air exchange in all rooms every two hours. Underfloor heating provides warmth, while a large glass facade with views over the garden and vineyards creates a beautiful atmosphere. The apartment's terrace opens onto a Mediterranean garden. Furthermore, a seating area by the property's own vineyards offers views of the Rhine plain and invites you to enjoy a glass of wine.
