Die schöne Villa aus der Gründerzeit zeichnet sich durch unverwechselbare Architektur aus. 1995 wurde sie komplett saniert. 12 Wohnungen befinden sich im Haus. Den Gästen stehen Waschmaschine/Trockner sowie eine Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit (verschlossen) zur Verfügung. Zu jeder Ferienwohnung gehört ein Stellplatz am Haus. Zum Strand sind es 50m. Zwischen den Seebrücken in Heringsdorf und Ahlbeck gelegen erreicht man beide Ortszentren in wenigen Gehminuten.

Die Ferienwohnung E1C befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Villa und ist ohne Stufen zu erreichen.
Der Wohnbereich hat eine Sitzecke mit TV. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangen Sie zur offener Komplettküche mit großem Esstisch.
Die Ferienwohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten bzw. Schlafcouch. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört ein Bad mit Badewanne. Genießen Sie das Leben im Freien auf der Terrasse im Grünen. 
Ein zugeordneter Stellplatz befindet sich am Haus
