Der große Wohnraum hat eine gemütliche Couchecke, Esstisch und  integrierete Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Herd. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangen Sie zum seitlicher überdachter Balkon mit Seeblick. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und Badewanne.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Terracotta gefliest und hat eine Fußbodenheizung.
