The old barn sits on a fenced plot of approximately 500 square meters in a quiet location. It offers 90 square meters of living space on two levels, accommodating up to four people. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen (including a Bose Wave sound system and wine fridge) as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and radio. On the first floor, you can relax in the living room with a Bose 650 Lifestyle sound system and a 55-inch Samsung TV. The pellet stove creates a cozy atmosphere and warms the room. The second floor offers bedrooms, including an alcove or a separate room with two single beds, a TV, and a soundbar that connects to your phone via Bluetooth. Outside, on the approximately 20-square-meter terrace, four people can enjoy the view across the fields in a comfortable seating area. A gas grill and two deck chairs provide the perfect ambiance. Storage space for bicycles, as well as a washing machine and dryer, are located at the house.
