Das Nichtraucherappartement mit separatem Eingang befindet sich in ruhiger Wohnlage in der Innenstadt von Erfurt. Der Dom, das Theater und der Anger sind in circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Straßenbahn-, Bushaltestelle und Taxi befinden sich in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Das Appartement ist komplett eingerichtet (moderne Küche, TV, Radio, Dusche). Das Parken ( kostenpflichtig)  ist in der Straße möglich.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein kleines gemütliches Apartement mit kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafzimmer (Schlafsofa) sowie intergrieter Singleküche. Die Küche ist mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine uns Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Das Bad verfügt über Dusche und WC.

Die Ferienwohnung war in Ordnung. War Alles vorhanden und sauber. Einziger Minuspunkt für uns 2 alte Schachteln-die Betten waren uns zu hart. Aber das ist bei jedem Menschen unterschiedlich.

Eine wunderbare, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt wird (sogar ein Bügeleisen war vorhanden- top!). Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Nähe zur Altstadt ideal. Selbst wir, als Ältere, mussten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nicht bemühen.
