Ferienwohnung im Schwarzwald mit Garten

House:
The Black Forest house, built in 1720, is located directly at the edge of the woods in Dachsberg-Urberg in the southern Black Forest region. You'll stay here in this spacious and comfortably furnished apartment with a unique atmosphere. The holiday home is located on the ground floor. The playground and sunbathing lawn, which is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and garden shed, as well as the common room with bar are at your disposal. In the surrounding area, over 120km of hiking trails invite visitors to have an active holiday. The local Mineral Museum is interesting and worth a visit. The location of Dachsberg-Urberg at the border triangle Germany/France/Switzerland is ideal for day excursions to Alsace, Switzerland or Lake Constance. Freiburg with its world famous cathedral is only 65km away.

Der Charme eines 300 Jahre alten Hauses endet dann, wenn das Leben und die Qualität dadurch eingeschränkt werden. Dies mag in der Wertung durch Besitzer und Gast sich unterscheiden. Trotzdem bleiben normale, alltägliche Standards die Basis aller Bewertungen. Domizil ist nur für Personen unter 1,80 m Körpergröße geeignet. Boden knarrt bei jedem Schritt, auch Wohnung darüber. Alles sehr, sehr hellhörig. Balkongeländer fällt auseinander. Die Matratzen waren gut. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.

Het was goed en netjes maar erg gedateerd er was er geen TV en WiFi. Wel gehorig van boven en onder buren. Wel een goede service dat de auto in de garage mocht staan ivm steenmarters. Verder zeer vriendelijke en hartelijke mensen.

Het is een gezellig appartement, ideaal voor 2 personen. Zeer rustig gelegen en het balkon is best leuk. het is voorzien van alles wat nodig is om een vakantie periode comfortabel door te brengen. De ligging in Inner-Ursberg is ideaal voor wie -zoals wij - van wandelen houd op de heuvels en in de bossen. Sankt-Blasien is vlak bij en ook van daar uit kan je mooie wandelingen maken (wij zijn trouwens van Inner-Ursberg naar Sankt-Blasien gen terug gewandeld via een mooie uitkijk turm mensen van 1m90 of meer moeten zich wel steeds bukken. het is een zeer vriendelijke mevrouw. Het enige wat zou kunnen toegevoegd worden is een mogelijkheid om wat was te doen (wasmachine noch droger zijn beschikbaar) en een Internet verbinding is toch ook wel echt van deze tijd. Er is Wifi maar die is versleuteld, ik heb niet naar de code gevraagd omdat er in de beschrijving staat dat er geen Internet beschikbaar is. Dat zou door jullie als bemiddelaar, eventueel mits een kleine vergoeding, moeten kunnen afgesproken worden.

Vi njöt verkligen av vår vistelse i lägenheten i Schwarzwald, Den rustika charmen var så inbjudande, Jag älskade att vakna upp till de där bergsutsikterna varje morgon! Köket var fullt utrustat, vilket gjorde matlagningen enkel, Vi utnyttjade också grillen utanför, vilket var roligt, Vandringsleder låg precis vid vår dörr, och lekplatsen höll barnen sysselsatta, Värdarna var verkligen vänliga också, vilket fick oss att känna oss som hemma, Den enda nackdelen var att WiFi inte var tillgängligt, men ärligt talat, vi brydde oss inte om att koppla bort ett tag, Skulle definitivt komma tillbaka!
