This refurbished, detached villa is located at holiday resort Cochem. The interior is modern and complete. The small, but attractive living room features a TV. In the open plan kitchen you'll find a dishwasher and microwave. There are six bedrooms. Two of them are situated on the ground floor and feature two single beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or left separately. The remaining four bedrooms are situated on the first floor and are all furnished with two or three single box-spring beds. There's one bathroom with shower on the ground floor. There are four more bathrooms on the first floor, two with shower, one with bath and one with shower and sauna. Each floor also features a separate toilet. There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The garden can be reached through the French doors from the kitchen. For your convenience, there's a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. There's space to park four cars at the holiday home.
