The entrance is at the rear, through a conservatory that opens in the summer, offering a comfortable seating area under its roof. It features a stylishly furnished, large Mediterranean-style room with underfloor heating, a 50-inch TV with Blu-ray player, a double bed (160 cm), and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The relatively large kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, and dishwasher, leaving little to be desired. Thanks to thick clay plaster walls, the room remains pleasantly cool in the summer. A parking space is located directly in front of the apartment. Bicycles can be stored on the property. Dogs are welcome. Special attention has been paid to ensuring that guests feel at home. The often basic standard found in holiday apartments has been largely avoided.
