A large panoramic window overlooks the sunny west-facing terrace and garden. The upstairs pool is available for guests by arrangement. Children will enjoy the trampoline, sandpit, and treehouse in the garden. In winter, a sauna (on the roof terrace, EURO40), underfloor heating, and a ventilation system ensure comfort. High-quality box-spring beds are provided, arranged as a double bed (1.80 x 2m) or as two single beds. Two additional beds are available in the living room (sofa 75 x 2m) and on a thick guest mattress (90 x 2.10m). A travel cot can be accommodated in the small bedroom. The living area features an open-plan kitchen and a cozy reading nook. There is also a lovely bathroom with a double bathtub. The access road and the apartment itself are not wheelchair accessible.
