Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in der 1.Etage, ein  Parkplatz  steht direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Für Fahrräder und Motorräder steht nach Absprache eine abgeschlossene Garage zur Verfügung. Eine Waschmaschine kann gegen Aufpreis genutzt werden.
