Der Süd-Ostbalkon lädt mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen und Sonnenschrim zum Relaxen ein. Selbsverständlich kann auch der Gartenbereich genutzt werden. Parkplätze sind am Haus vorhanden. Haustiere sind in dieser Wohnung nicht erlaubt!
