Unwind in our cozy holiday home in the South of France, in St. Pierre la Mer in Mas de Perimont on the Mediterranean coast. This charming holiday home offers 50 square meters of living space for up to 5 guests. It features two bedrooms, a combined living and dining area with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. You will also find a kettle, a coffee maker, a Senseo machine, and all necessary utensils. The living room is comfortably furnished and invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa and a television. Enjoy meals outdoors on the terrace with a table and four garden chairs. Or soak up the sun on the two sun loungers. The rental price includes use of the communal pool (open approximately June 15th to September 15th), and a parking space is reserved for you. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please note: * Arrival is from 4 PM. Departure must be by 10 AM. * You must bring your own bed linen and towels – they are NOT available for rent on site. * The double bed has a single mattress measuring 140cm x 200cm. Enjoy the fully fenced, sunny, spacious terrace with garden (110 sq m). Dogs are welcome free of charge. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, you'll have sunshine on the terrace all day long.
