This holiday home is called the 'Petit Nice' because you will find peace, relaxation, nature and subtropical Mediterranean climate. There is a private garden and swimming pool for a refreshing swim. The home is ideal for families due to its unique location. Do you like walking? There are 2 nice walking paths in the center of the village. You can also discover the typical French restaurants; Auberge St Hubert is quite famous. There are many markets in the neighborhood worth exploring. There is a parking space for at least 3-cars. The air-conditioning in the bedroom will keep you cool throughout. There are 2 bicycles available, an (older) mountain bike and a folding bike. You can safely go by bike to the local bakery in the morning. There is a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Dispose of the waste in the large green waste container at the bottom of the road. For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organize any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 190,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

* on Sunday morning there is a lovely market in the nearby village, called Saint Chinian.
* in the living room you'll find a red cover with reviews about restaurants in the neighbourhood, things to do etc.(little problem : it's in Dutch...:-) )
* Roquebrun is situated about 40 km to the sea (Valras Plage). Nice beaches, good restaurants and fun for the kids!
* Pets allowed, please notice that the garden is not fully fenced.
