Village de Praroustan is a residence with contemporary and comfortably furnished apartments. Three larger chalets each accommodate dozens of apartments of various sizes. The whole complex is built in the local style with lots of wood and high-quality materials.
All apartments have a balcony or terrace with often a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. They are well furnished in a modern, light style.

We offer the following options:
- a one-room apartment for two people (FR-04400-27);
- a two-room apartment for four people (FR-04400-28);
- a two-room apartment with sleeping cabin for six people (FR-04400-29);
- a three-room apartment for six people (FR-04400-30);
- a one-room apartment for two people (FR-04400-31).

Holiday park: Le Village de Praroustan
Résidence Village de Praroustan is situated on the edge of Pra Loup 1500. By car you can reach the ski slopes and the first ski lifts within 5 minutes. There is a free indoor pool and a Spa with sauna and hammam (for a fee). The residence also has lifts, a laundry and drying room, outdoor parking spaces and parking garage (for a fee) and ski storage cabinets. Résidence Village de Praroustan is a pleasant holiday destination for a relaxing winter sports or active summer holiday. It is located in the southern 'Alpes de Haute Provence'. Pra Loup 1500 and 1600, together with La Foux d'Allos, form the Espace Lumière ski area. This ski area is comprised of more than 180 km of pistes and goes up to a height of 2600 m. Both in Praloup 1500 and in Praloup 1600 you can have fun in other ways in addition to skiing. The two villages are connected to each other and the ski area by means of a free shuttle bus.

Remarks:
The national policy is aimed at minimizing social contacts with others and ensuring (hand) hygiene. At holiday parks the amenities such as entertainment, kids club, swimming pool, wellness and the restaurants may have altered opening hours or might be closed. As soon as it is possible according to government advice, facilities will be opened once again. Please note that there are COVID-19 measures in place. Different conditions may apply regarding ski passes, opening hours and the use of the ski lifts in the winter sports areas. We advise you to take this into account when booking your holiday home since a change in restrictions in general is not a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.
