Welcome to our brand new holiday home, which has delighted our previous guests! The large pool awaits you and is perfect for swimming, both day and night, thanks to its lighting! Our nearly new and very quiet villa offers all comforts and security – 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, all with windows, and air conditioning in all rooms (heating and cooling). Excellent energy efficiency is ensured thanks to insulation and a heat pump. The large pool (14 x 4.5 meters) can be heated by an additional heat pump if needed or desired, allowing you to enjoy swimming all year round! The solar-powered outdoor shower also provides warm water! The terrace features electrically operated awnings for sun protection, as well as interior blinds and special double curtains that work together to effectively prevent the rooms from overheating, thus making the use of air conditioning largely unnecessary! Behind the house, facing west, is a large "boulodrome" – a beautiful, smooth surface for playing boules. There is a large, smooth playing field behind the house, perfect for playing boules. ... Boules balls are available inside the house, and there's also a ping-pong table for the garden. Our Maison Blanche is completely secluded by hedges and features its own electric gate and camera at the entrance, meaning it's safe, quiet, and very private!
