The flat is situated in a superb location with the metro just a stone's throw away, It's a compact, clean, and pleasing property, optimal for a single person, However, one major drawback is the uncomfortable sofa with its uneven surface, which might cause sleep disturbances for those with sensitivity, Generally, it matches the description and images, but the space becomes constrained with the sofa unfolded, Despite this, the location was worth tolerating these minor inconveniences, The Saint-Martin Canal area is my top preference,

The apartment building isn't great - the entrance is filthy, and the stairs are very narrow, However, the location is superb, The sofa bed was damaged - I had two terrible nights of sleep - they gave me a 50% refund for each of those nights and brought a new sofa bed on the third day, The internet ceased to function - they promised to refund 50% for the days without connectivity, I am still waiting, The place was spotless, and the kitchen is equipped with utensils, but it's crucial to mention that the apartment is extremely tiny, it's impossible to move around when the sofa bed is unfolded, for instance, Checkmyguest was consistently considerate and quick to respond,

The kitchen is adequately equipped, with 3 coffee capsules provided (any additional ones need to be purchased), Highly recommended!
