Good location - though the bar downstairs can be noisy. A beautiful apartment with large space that would fit six people comfortably. All entities provided for including even coffee to start us off. The ensuite bathroom did have a strong drain smell which I think may be due to gathering of muck and hair in the drain so could so with a drain clean. Otherwise really great place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment! My mother, sister and I were guests and our safety was paramount, The apartment was in a secure building, located on a pleasant street near lovely restaurants, bakeries and shops, It was also very central, about a 20min walk to the Louvre, 20min to Gare du Nord train station and a short 10min metro ride to the Eiffel Tower, We arrived quite late and found the self check-in system to be very convenient, with clear instructions provided by our host, The apartment was spacious, bright and simply stunning! The availability of two showers was a great convenience for the three of us, We absolutely adored our stay and would not hesitate to book it again, Thumbs up!

I refrained from giving 5 stars in every category simply because I was expected to check in after 4pm, We got to the place past 4 and discovered the key was missing from the lockbox, which made us suspect a scam, As it happens, the cleaner was still inside tidying up, Clear communication about this would have been very helpful to avoid confusion, Apart from this, everything else was excellent

During our business trip to Paris, we required an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms near our destination, This apartment met all our requirements, We requested an early check-in since we were arriving in Paris at 7am after a long overnight flight and had to wait until the standard 4pm check-in time, Unfortunately, the earliest check-in at 1pm was only possible for an additional fee, which was quite disappointing! In our previous experiences, hosts have been kind enough to allow early check-ins, However, they did allow us to check out 30 minutes late, The location is fantastic, close to the famous Parisian passages, filled with charming cafes and restaurants, There are several grocery stores nearby and a metro station in close proximity, The apartment itself is pleasant and the beds are cozy, Nevertheless, some of the listed items were missing and we had to request them from the service staff who came to collect laundry from the previous tenant, Overall, it was a pleasant stay but considering the price we paid, it lacked attention to detail and customer service,
