Okt. 2026 / Nicht zu empfehlen (kaum 10qm) !!! - Von der Straße direkt ins Bett ! - Toilette kann nur in den Wohn- Schlafraum entlüftet werden - Gesamtlüftung nur über Straßenfenster (keine Kippfunktion) - Kein Kleiderschrank und kaum Platz zum Verstau (Leben aus dem Koffer) - im "Appartement" sind jede Menge Betriebsmittel plaziert (Putzmittel, Standventilatoren, etc.) - Innenwände sehr dünn,- der Nachbar kann im Bett live beim Toilettengang begleitet werden - Fernseher hat keinen Empfang - Vorsicht bei der Kommunikation mit den verschiedenen Kanälen Die Unterkunft ist nur als armselig zu bezeichnen. Preis / Leistung = -10

Pictures were deceptive. It’s extremely small no place to put your luggage. No air-conditioning. Have to leave the window open for Air pub next door making lots of noise till 1AM deliveries at 7 AM.

Arrived late after midnight and found a calm and welcoming place. The kitchenette made quick meals easy to prepare. Having towels and linens included was very convenient for packing light.

Very noisy, dirty, tiny tiny apartment that couldn’t fit two people with luggage. There was a very bad, concerning smell coming from the bathroom and sink. The communication has been so back and forth and unhelpful. We emailed them the day we checked in and a week later they are claiming we never filed a complaint. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Poor. Very noisy as right by the road, no wifi, very cramped (pictures are misleading). Had originally booked a 2 night stay but have moved to a hotel as impossible to sleep (there's a pub next door who will be loading metal barrels into their cellar at 5am).

My stay at Joffrey's place was quite satisfactory, with the location getting a perfect score of 10/10, The place was conveniently located, in close proximity to public transportation and major tourist sites were easily accessible by foot, Although I had a bit of a struggle with the door during the check-in process, Joffrey and his team were quite supportive in resolving the issue, The neighborhood was lively, with a plethora of wonderful restaurants and cafes, However, the noise level in the area was quite high which made it somewhat difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep, But, on the whole, my stay was quite enjoyable,
