Four nights here with easy metro rides just 250 meters away. The helpful staff ensured smooth check-in, beds were cozy, and the area was peaceful at night. Good sleep every day with clear instructions for departure. A great choice for simple comfort in central Paris.

Although Paris was in the middle of a heatwave, the stay at the property was not a pleasant experience. The property obviously has no air conditioning, so 2 electric fans were provided, that effectively just recirculated the warm air. The bathroom sink plug was broken and the dishwasher would not close properly. But the biggest complaint was the fact that the fridge would not close properly. This meant that the motor was trying desperately to cool a fridge that was open to the room temperature. This resulted in more warm air blowing into the room. Then add in the fact that we couldn’t store any food in the fridge as everything was spoiling very quickly, this helped me towards the bad rating. I did provide this observation early during the stay, however it seemed to fall on deaf ears. Finally, I’m not entirely sure the bedding was the cleanest as a few rashes appeared on our legs.

Great location ! Clean and worked great for the three of us. It even was close to hospital after I had an accidental fall and spent a few hours there. The people in Paris were kind and helped my daughter and I navigate through this mishap. I would recommend this place. Only downside, no instructions for dishwasher, washing machine, or what to do when we left to go home.

Horrible experience. Early check in got cancelled last minute. No AC and despite multiple requests, could not provide additional fans. Very slow response in general and uncoordinated. Please try other places to stay and if you have no other choice, stay here
